Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
  4. Spread the mixture over the crust.
  5. Top with mixed berries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
