A refreshing no-bake cheesecake with a berry topping.
Ingredients

- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
- Spread the mixture over the crust.
- Top with mixed berries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Keep leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a sweeter cheesecake, add more sugar.
