Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cheesecake layer over the brownie crust.
  7. Chill the brownies in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
