Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake layer over the brownie crust.
- Chill the brownies in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Top with chocolate sauce or berries for extra flavor.
