- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk.
- Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the whipped cream gently.
- Pour the filling into the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Can substitute graham crackers with Oreo cookies for a different flavor.
- Use instant pudding for quicker preparation.
