- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
- Using a spoon, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
