Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
