- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
