Description

Delicious no-bake mocha truffles made with chocolate and coffee.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for coating

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
  7. Place them back in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • For a different flavor, try adding a splash of liqueur.
