Description
Delicious no-bake mocha truffles made with chocolate and coffee.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Place them back in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- For a different flavor, try adding a splash of liqueur.
