Description

Delicious chocolate truffles infused with coffee flavor, easy to make without baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder for coating

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  5. Roll the balls in cocoa powder to coat.
  6. Place truffles on a tray and refrigerate until firm.
