A simple and delicious no-bake cheesecake made with Oreo cookies.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy your cheesecake.

- Use a food processor for easy crushing of Oreo cookies.
- Let cheesecake sit overnight for best flavor.
- Top with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
