Description

No-Bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars are a quick and easy treat that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and stir until well combined.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  4. Spread the jelly evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture and press down.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
