Easy and delicious no-bake peanut butter cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
