Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted coconut oil.
  3. Form small balls of the pumpkin mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture.
