Ingredients

Instructions

  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Add fresh raspberries on top, then spread the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Before serving, drizzle raspberry jam over the top.
