Description

No-Bake Salted Caramel Bars are a delicious treat with layers of caramel and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dates, pitted
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Blend dates and almonds in a food processor until crumbly.
  2. Mix in cashew butter, maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  5. Pour chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Slice into bars and enjoy.
