A simple and delicious no-bake strawberry cheesecake served in jars.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture, cheesecake filling, and strawberries in jars.
- Repeat the layers until jars are full.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute with other berries if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
