A simple dessert that combines coffee and cream layers.

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
- 12 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer them in cups.
- Add a layer of mascarpone mixture on top of ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until cups are full.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- Use strong coffee for best flavor.
- Chilling time enhances the flavor.
