Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center.
- Fold the dough over the Nutella and roll it into a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can use chocolate chips for added flavor.
