Delicious cupcakes with a Nutella swirl.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fill each liner halfway with batter.
  7. Add a dollop of Nutella on top of the batter.
  8. Cover with more batter until the liners are three-quarters full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
