Delicious cupcakes with a Nutella swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill each liner halfway with batter.
- Add a dollop of Nutella on top of the batter.
- Cover with more batter until the liners are three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
- Swirl Nutella for a marbled effect.
