Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8Ć8-inch (20Ć20 cm) baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix everything together gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges look set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
