Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in milk, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and orange extract.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the whipped cream mixture.
