- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the orange segments in a blender.
- Add yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use frozen oranges for a thicker smoothie.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
