Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 large bananas)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a lined muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
