- 1 ripe papaya, peeled and diced
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the papaya and banana by peeling and cutting them.
- Add the papaya, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe fruits for better flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- This smoothie can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt and milk.
