Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced thin
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice zucchinis thinly and place them on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each zucchini slice with the cheese mixture.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 1-2 hours until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool before serving.
