A delicious peach cobbler with a buttery crust and sweet peach filling.
Ingredients

- 6 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
- Melt butter in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk.
- Pour the batter over melted butter without stirring.
- Add peaches on top of the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Use fresh or frozen peaches.
- Adjust sugar based on peach sweetness.
