Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the peach mixture in the center of the crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the peaches.
- Brush the crust with beaten egg.
- Dot the peaches with small pieces of butter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Add vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
- Use other fruits like apples or berries if desired.
