Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Arrange the peach mixture in the center of the crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the peaches.
  6. Brush the crust with beaten egg.
  7. Dot the peaches with small pieces of butter.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
