Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Blend the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the peach puree with the cream mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
