Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, oats, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Spread jelly over the pressed mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
