A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining peanut butter and jelly in bar form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, oats, salt, and vanilla.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Spread jelly over the pressed mixture.
- Top with the remaining mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These bars can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Use any flavor of jelly you prefer.
