- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 ripe bananas)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, mashed bananas, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- This cake can be topped with chocolate frosting for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
