  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine peanut butter, mashed banana, and coconut sugar.
  4. Add almond milk to the banana mixture and stir well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into muffin liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
