These Peanut Butter Banana Muffins are high in protein and perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add peanut butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and oats.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
