Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add peanut butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda, salt, and oats.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
