Description

Peanut Butter Banana Truffles are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the rich flavor of peanut butter with the sweetness of bananas.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and mashed banana until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and honey, stirring until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Place truffles on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
