- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and mashed banana until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and honey, stirring until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place truffles on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
