Description

A creamy and delicious peanut butter and jelly smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon jelly or jam
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add banana, almond milk, peanut butter, jelly, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add honey if desired and blend again.
  5. Add ice cubes and blend to desired consistency.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use any flavor of jelly you prefer.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • This smoothie can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt.
