A creamy and delicious peanut butter and jelly smoothie.
Ingredients

- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jelly or jam
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add banana, almond milk, peanut butter, jelly, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey if desired and blend again.
- Add ice cubes and blend to desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
- Use any flavor of jelly you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- This smoothie can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt.
