These Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies are easy to make and delicious.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For variation, add chocolate chips or nuts.
