Delicious pecan pie brownie bombs that combine the richness of brownies with the nutty flavor of pecan pie.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the sugar and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add the chopped pecans and chocolate chips, stirring gently.
- Grease a baking dish and pour half of the brownie batter into it.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and finish with the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Serve warm for a gooey texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Try adding more nuts for extra crunch.
