Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup graham er crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pecans, graham er crumbs, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper to cool and harden.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Try using white chocolate for a different flavor.
