A refreshing drink made from pineapple and ginger.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add pineapple chunks, grated ginger, honey, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Ginger can be adjusted to taste.
