Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and rose water.
  5. In another bowl, mix the flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fill cupcake liners with the batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the cupcakes cool before serving.
