- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, add milk, protein powder, instant coffee, cocoa powder, banana, and honey.
- Add ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
- Use non-dairy milk for a vegan option.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a thicker shake, add more ice.
