- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, and spices.
- Beat in the eggs until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh pumpkin for a richer flavor.
