Delicious pumpkin spice truffles perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Can be rolled in cocoa powder instead of chocolate.
