Description

Delicious pumpkin spice truffles perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  4. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each truffle in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Notes

  • Store truffles in an airtight container.
  • Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
  • Can be rolled in cocoa powder instead of chocolate.
