- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Once cooled, whip the chocolate mixture until it thickens.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
