Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Blend the banana with coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Pour the banana layer into a glass.
  3. Blend strawberries with honey and pour over the banana layer.
  4. Blend mango chunks and add as the next layer.
  5. Blend spinach with a little coconut milk and add as the green layer.
  6. Blend blueberries and pour on top.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw.
