A healthy and delicious parfait made with raspberry chia jam and layered with yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork.
- Add chia seeds and honey or maple syrup to the mashed raspberries.
- Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes to thicken.
- In a glass, layer yogurt, raspberry chia jam, and granola.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
- Top with additional raspberries and granola if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen raspberries.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
