Description

A healthy and delicious parfait made with raspberry chia jam and layered with yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork.
  2. Add chia seeds and honey or maple syrup to the mashed raspberries.
  3. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes to thicken.
  4. In a glass, layer yogurt, raspberry chia jam, and granola.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
  6. Top with additional raspberries and granola if desired.
