Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake and cool the cake completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the crumbled cake.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate.
  9. Place dipped truffles back on the baking sheet to set.
