Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Roll dough into balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips.
- You can adjust the amount of food coloring for desired color.
