Delicious rum ball truffles made with chocolate and nuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies, walnuts, cocoa powder, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add dark rum and mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
