Description
Deliciously rich salted caramel fudge truffles.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and butter. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in caramel sauce and sea salt.
- Pour mixture into a greased dish and let it cool.
- Once set, cut into squares and roll into balls.
- Chill truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- Use sea salt flakes for garnishing.
- Substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate if preferred.
