Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
  2. Heat over medium heat, whisking until the mixture is smooth and starts to simmer.
  3. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in a few tablespoons of warm water.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with a pinch of sea salt.
