Ingredients

- 1 package of cookies (12 cookies)
- 2 cups of ice cream (any flavor)
Instructions
- Take one cookie and place a scoop of ice cream on top.
- Press another cookie on top of the ice cream.
- Repeat with remaining cookies and ice cream.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Notes
- Use soft cookies for easier assembly.
- You can roll the edges in sprinkles for decoration.
